The Physicist

John Kiefer created The Carb Nite™ Solution after years of battling his own body. His journey started at the age of 13 when a classmate looked him straight in the eyes and said, for all to hear, “You‘re fat!” After religiously following a low fat, low calorie diet, weightlifting 5 to 6 times per week and cycling 200 miles a week on his bicycle, he failed to reach his goals.

Kiefer began researching at medical libraries to find an answer. His career in physics during his graduate work taught him to deal effectively with the large amount of information. After a decade of researching and experimenting, he discovered and refined The Carb Nite™ Solution — not just his perfect diet, but the perfect diet for everyone.

Why a Physicist?

People think of physicists as wild-haired eccentrics solving equations in their spare time. While this is true, physicists develop a large number of skills during their work. The most important of all skills is the ability to gather, decipher and form a theory to describe a large number of facts. Physicists also need to find the answer simply because the problem exists.

Fat loss research contains so many confusing pieces that doctors, nutritionists and sports trainers ignore the information that doesn't fit with their ideas. Being a physicist, Kiefer doesn't ignore the important facts and has developed a diet that takes advantage of current research as well as staying consistent with results from the last half century.

My passion for optimum health and accelerated fat loss spans the last ten years. My work on The Carb Nite™ Solution, on bringing it to you, has taken two years and I'm excited to finally introduce it to the world.
